Clear eyes, full heart, can’t lose. Despite all attempts, Emily didn’t actually save the world during her career in education and mental health. But she did learn how to build authentic relationships with all kinds of people.

She specializes in heart-to-hearts and asking questions that don’t have concrete answers. She makes sure we are who we mean to be, and that our approach to recruiting, hiring, and creating learning/growth opportunities are poised to let Viget evolve in the right directions.
