A common thread. Analisa’s curiosity about human behavior and what connects us led her to earn degrees in psychology, sociology, and education. It also gave her a motto: “You learn and accomplish more by being interested than worrying about being interesting.”

She’s kept that curiosity and motto in mind as she’s built her career supporting others as they find their definition of success. Her focus on connection, process improvement, and inclusion combine to help her recruit Viget’s eclectic crew of designers, engineers, and strategists.
