Community and camaraderie amongst our teammates are important to us. We work hard at staying connected across offices and time zones. Whether it’s quarterly TTT retreats, monthly team meetings, virtual happy hours, or remote lunch tables, we invest in coworkers knowing each other. For years, our People Team has focused on making sure people who work at Viget are known, accepted, and cared about. Even if teammates may not be physically under the same roof, we prioritize these interactions to continue building relationships at the same level that we might in person.
The Latin word “Viget” translates to “flourishing,” which we try to do in the context of the communities we’re in. And we know that distributed offices are the future of the modern workplace. But none of us would be here if it weren’t for one specific reason: to do great work. All the fun events and great benefits don’t matter if the work itself isn’t great, and none of it is possible without happy clients. Collaborating on meaningful work with clients and teammates we care about is what really makes us tick -- and we know that type of seamless collaboration can happen from anywhere.
