This network maximizes our ability to meet our clients’ needs through direct referrals and subcontracting. These relationships have also fueled business growth through the ability to execute new kinds of work, increase our capacity, or introduce new clients that otherwise would not have reached out to Viget. As our Partner Manager, you will cultivate existing and new partner relationships, identify partners that can support specific project opportunities (in support of our Business Development team), and help execute and track those engagements over time.
In addition, our Partner Manager will:
Build and manage ongoing relationships and day-to-day communications with partners.
Manage all partner and engagement data (currently in Airtable) for accuracy and ensure it remains up to date.
Engage with existing partners for capacity planning and management.
Identify new partners based on gaps in new capabilities or capacity, vet, validate, and onboard into our partner network.
Work with Department Heads to qualify new partners' work quality and ensure that quality is sustained over time.
Assist in negotiating contracts and costs associated with partnership agreements.
Be active in the community of agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
Support the business development team with external partner options for opportunities deemed appropriate.
Communicate to and track updates with partners on all engagements.
Handle subcontractor invoicing approval.
Support the resolution of partner issues on behalf of clients, internal teams, or partners.
The ideal candidate will also:
Have 2+ years of experience working in a business development / partner-management role. Experience working within a digital agency environment is also a plus.
Be a natural problem solver. You are energized by finding solutions to otherwise hard-to-solve, unique problems.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 (mid level) or $80,000 - $110,000 (senior) per year depending on location, skills, and experience
Additional comp available via spot performance bonuses and new hire referrals
401(k) retirement plan matching up to 4%

15 days PTO (20 after 2 years), 9 paid holidays, and 2 community service days per year
