What should I be doing during TTT?

  • Summer TTT is a hybrid event. We are encouraging local folks to join from a Viget office. 
  • Be present and engaged, Meet and Slack should be the only windows open during TTT
  • Join and contribute to #ttt
  • If you are joining remotely, keep your camera on when possible

Will TTT be recorded?

What can I expect from a Viget TTT?

  • TTTs are our dedicated time each quarter to reflect and align
  • This summer TTT you can expect a review of our quarterly metrics and quarterly company reflection data.

How does lunch work?

  • Lunch is on us, just like FLF. Local folks can expect a catered in-office lunch. Remote attendees will receive BILL Spend & Expense funds. Funds will expire at the end of the day on Friday, July 19th
     

How should I track my time for TTT?

  • Everyone will have 4 hours reserved in RPM for TTT
    • Friday - track 4 hours to General for TTT
  • If you are a TTT presenter and you work additional time on Friday (up early for presentation prep, etc.), please track your actual time spent on prep to Professional Development > Community & Conferences (in addition to the TTT hours above)
  • We expect everyone to be able to manage and flex their time throughout the week. If you have any questions about TTT timing, time tracking, or balancing your work load throughout the week - please reach out to Aubrey. 

Ice cream! Yay! How will the hybrid outing work?

  • Local folks can expect to enjoy an ice cream treat on Viget via a group outing. Local groups will walk to a nearby ice cream shop, and one dedicated Viget (likely Aubrey, Jackson, and Lauren) will purchase ice cream on behalf of the group. 
  • An optional in-person social hour may follow if folks are interested, the first round is on Viget. 
  • Remote folks can expect to enjoy an ice cream treat on Viget via BILL Spend & Expense funds. Funds will be made available in the Viget Provided Meals Budget and will expire at the end of the day on Friday, July 19th.
