Viget Labs' Squidoo.com takes first prize in the Community/WIKI category
 
AUSTIN, TX — At the 10th annual South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive Web Awards, Squidoo.com, a Web 2.0 site built by Falls Church-based Viget Labs, was honored with top prize in the Community/WIKI category.  Held at the Austin Hilton Hotel, the SXSW Web Awards honored 18 of the top developers and designers chosen from hundreds of entries submitted across the world.
 
Squidoo, a platform of user-generated web pages covering any topic a community member is passionate about, was founded by Seth Godin, an acclaimed public speaker, author, and blogger.  Godin partnered with Viget Labs to build the initial architecture of the site.
