FALLS CHURCH, VA - When Viget Labs began working with Shania Twain two years ago, we outlined a web strategy that called for site redesigns to be coordinated with significant off-line events. Our first design preceded the release of the Up! album, which debuted at No. 1 and went on to be Billboard's top Country Album of 2003. The second design launched as Shania's Up! World Tour kickoff, and featured interactive fan comments and detailed tour information.

The third site overhaul of www.shaniatwain.com, which launched this week, comes as Shania's Greatest Hits album is about to hit the stores - on November 19th - and includes a fresh design and an updated Flash jukebox, where fans can sample clips of each track on the album.

Viget Labs used extensive feedback provided by fans through the web site to help shape the redesign, and we continue to collect input to help drive enhancements. Using a leading web analytics package, we also track visitor paths through the site to monitor content popularity and fan interest. These user intelligence tactics provide great insight into the success of the site, and are critical to daily decision-making regarding the ever-evolving web strategy.

In addition to Shania Twain, Viget Labs works with Musictoday to provide web consulting, design, and development services to such clients such as Britney Spears (www.britneyspears.com), Usher (www.usherworld.com), and Kenny Chesney (www.kennychesney.com).
