FALLS CHURCH, VA (June 29, 2006) - Today, Viget Labs helped Operation Lifesaver launch www.willyougetnailed.com -- a new site targeted to 15-30 year old males which promotes rail safety. Approximately every two hours in the United States, a person or vehicle is hit by a train. Operation Lifesaver is a non-profit, international continuing public education program first established in 1972 to end collisions, deaths, and injuries at places where roadways cross train tracks, and on railroad rights-of-way.

The web site is the focus of a viral awareness campaign which features video clips and a lighthearted quiz to convey some key messages.  Both of these components are wrapped into a mini-site with some sobering stories and a few fun extras, and Viget Labs has made it easy for visitors to pass the videos or quiz along.  The viral aspects of the online campaign leverage the use of popular social sites such as YouTube, Google Video, and MySpace to help spread Operation Lifesaver's message.

Viget Labs worked closely with Operation Lifesaver in all aspects of web site conceptualization, design, development, and online marketing.
