Looking Forward

This year asked a lot of all of us. At Viget, we got through it by sticking together. Against a backdrop of uncertainty, unrest, and distance, 2020 gave us opportunities to reflect, connect, and grow in important ways. We end the year stronger, more deeply committed to community and equity, and with confidence in our ability to adapt traditions and evolve over time.

On the People Team, we felt the loss of ambient social connections, common in our four offices day-to-day, and abundant at our twice-annual, all-hands events. And yet, we’ve established a more cohesive “one company” culture than before; we’ve fine-tuned the virtual company retreat; and we share music, books, and hobbies with each other more than ever. That cohesion has been critical to the fast-paced and high-stakes work we’ve done with clients. As we reflect on this year, we end with a deep breath, and sincere wish for health and happiness.
