Here at FeedStitch, we care about our customers (and would-be customers). So much, in fact, that we make it our business to appeal to their egos first and their problems second. This exchange sums up how much we care about our users:
fuck feedstitch you suck. anyone know how get Myspace blog RSS and Twitter together please? Yahoo Pipes updates 3 days late.— Edd Blower (@edd_b) July 4, 2009
@Edd_b please be gentle— FeedStitch (@feedstitch) July 7, 2009
@feedstitch is it possible to use the myspace blog RSS in feedstitch? would solve a world of issues for me— Edd Blower (@edd_b) July 8, 2009
@Edd_b if it's standard RSS, it should be fine. Send a link to email@example.com and I can sort it out— FeedStitch (@feedstitch) July 8, 2009
We exchanged emails, identified the problem, and pushed out a fix:
@feedstitch Genius! thank you for tweaking it.— Edd Blower (@edd_b) July 11, 2009
We live to serve our customers, even if it’s during the weekend.
