Squidoo
Everyone’s an expert at something. In 2005, well-known author and internet marketing pioneer Seth Godin came to Viget with a big idea. He wanted to allow people to share their individual expertise through easy-to-build web pages (called “lenses”) in a way that would generate revenue both for themselves and for charity (as well as for Squidoo). Building a scalable platform to support millions of users, custom-built pages, and transactions required a team with technical depth, an eye for usability, and a firm understanding of what makes Web 2.0 applications effective. Viget Labs provided the optimal team for this venture, and Squidoo has emerged as an outright success.

With nearly a million visitors every day, Squidoo has been one of the 100 most popular web sites in the U.S. since 2009. One of the original goals of the site was to generate money for charity -- a goal Squidoo has accomplished to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars!
There are plenty of shops that can do web programming, plenty that claim they can do UI work and plenty that are even hipper than you. There are very few that manage to pull off the kind of work that Viget does. -Seth Godin, bestselling author, entrepreneur and agent of change
