Saad Ahmed hails from sunny southern California and has been an internet junky since the days when his 28.8k modem crackled and creaked as it connected to AOL. Despite his Political Science degree from UC Irvine, his passion for technology helped him land a job at a Big 4 consulting firm. Weary of travel, he shifted his career into a sales and marketing role at a venture-funded startup. He fell in love with online marketing and was hooked on the startup vibe, so he joined a firm launched by his friends where he focused again on revenue generation. At Viget Labs, Saad consults with new and prospective clients to craft solutions to their online marketing objectives. He works closely with Viget's CEO and is often the first point of contact for new engagements.
When he is not thinking about how Viget can best meet a client's needs, Saad likes playing Madden 09 on his PS2 (he is a purist), enjoys being the fastest guy on the go-kart track (he is a speed freak), and is slowly transitioning to Eastern Standard Time.
